The total area of factory is 3200 square feet. The production comprises of 8 sections as follows:- | | i) Design Room: This section is equipped with three units CAD/CAM system, it consists of Mastercam with design and milling (V9.0)
Main Function: Design all types of mould & part and translate it to CAM |

Maike: VMC-850 This section converts raw material into semi-finished or finished product. Those machines are complete with Erowa Chuck system. |

Equipped with one unit of TM-S5 sand blasting machine. This section handle all sand blasting jobs. | vii) Fitting & Supporting Section:
Equipped with one unit turning machine, one unit drill machine, one unit sawing machine, one unit cutting machine, one unit ten tonnes power press, one unit cutter resharper, one unit jig saw and one unit pencil grinder. This section handle all fitting and assembly jobs. | viii) QC & Checking Section
Members are consist of manager, designers & team leaders. All finished parts are subjected to QC & Checking Section before delivery. |
